Which type of visa is required?
Our Office reviews thousands of applications for nonimmigrant visas each year. There are many categories of nonimmigrant visa, each of which corresponds to the purpose of an individual's travel.
For example:
Tourists and Temporary Business visitors will apply for category B visas;
Students - F1 or M1,
Nonimmigrant Workers - H or L.
There are a total of 21 visa categories. If you are unable to identify the right category for you, do not worry, the Consular Officer will decide the right visa category for you at the time of your interview.
