Area Managers	Responsibilities: To head the sales team of 5 to 8 Sales Executives/ Officers directly reporting to him. He will be primarily responsible for sales target achievement in his area. Branch administration, stockist management, redistribution, retail relationships, range selling, market intelligence and developmental activities are other key focus areas.Experience, preferably in a reputed FMCG company. For position in Lighting Sales, experience in other lighting companies, white goods or consumer durable companies of repute will be preferred. He should have reasonable exposure to above areas and a zeal to succeed. A go- getter, a person with high initiative and drive, ability to manage people issues and phpiring to grow with the organisation will suit the bill.
